WHY? When we are born, we are pure and amazing, filled with self-love and present in every moment. We trust our desires and embrace our true selves without hesitation. As we grow, layers begin to form over this innate purity. Society’s expectations, family opinions, and external judgments create these layers, much like an onion.
Over time, these layers manifest as fears and limiting beliefs — stories we tell ourselves based on past experiences and external influences. Childhood experiences, societal norms, and the pressure to conform add more layers, obscuring our true selves. These limiting beliefs shape our perceptions and actions, often holding us back from realizing our full potential.
To rediscover our true selves, we must peel back these layers, understand our triggers, and confront the stories that no longer serve us. By doing so, we can reconnect with our core, embrace our desires, and live authentically. The journey may be challenging, but it is essential for reclaiming our true, unlayered selves.

who am I
I am Lotta. Emotions coach, psychological counsellor, founder and above all: I am a human being. With all the ups and downs that life has in store for us, I stay curious and grow every day.
I firmly believe that the world would be a better place if we were more empathetic towards each other and ourselves, if we recognised our emotions and needs and communicated more sensitively. The world needs more empathy.
To do this, we can get to know ourselves anew. We can understand what is good for us and what we need.
As a highly sensitive person, I have always been strongly connected to my intuition and was able to sense and understand the feelings and emotions of the people around me in a profound way.
Through many challenges I already had to face in life I learned how to trust myself, face my fears and JUST GO FOR IT! Nowadays I literally LOVE the feeling of facing my fears. Here a little inside for you:
2017
After graduating from school, societal pressure led me to pursue a conventional path, leading me to apply to work in a hotel. Despite securing offers from prestigious hotels to start my three-year training, an inner voice urged me to explore beyond my comfort zone. Inspired by classmates heading to Australia, I made a spontaneous decision to travel there alone at 18. I remember sitting on the plane, crying, questioning my decision. I was SO scared. Once in Australia, I faced many challenges, including a moment when I had just $2.76 in my bank account.
My Core Realization
These 18 months (9 were originally planned) taught me the invaluable lesson of
trusting life and myself. Despite facing financial struggles and uncertainties A LOT, I learned that even in the darkest moments, everything will be okay. I found inner trust and peace, knowing that no matter how low I felt, things would always get better.
2019
Upon returning to Germany, I attempted to conform to societal expectations by pursuing higher education, basically just ‘studying something’. This period, marked by a lack of direction and personal authenticity, led to depression. I was not aligned with my true self and felt the weight of external pressures.
My Core Realization
The key takeaway from this challenging time was the paramount
importance of mental health. I realized that true well-being comes from
being aligned with one’s true self and not succumbing to external pressures.
Mental health is crucial, and ignoring it can lead to serious consequences.
2021
In 2021, I remembered to listen to myself and reconnected with my intuition again. My passion for travel led to becoming a travel influencer. I launched various entrepreneurial ventures, had an Etsy shop, and worked as a freelancer. However, the pressure to present a perfect image on social media was overwhelming.
My Core Realization
This phase underscored the significance of authenticity. I learned that
genuine happiness comes from being true to oneself, rather than projecting an idealized version of life. Authenticity is everything, and only by
being genuine can we find true happiness.
2023
By 2023, I had uncovered my true passion: coaching. This realization came from years of confronting my fears and following my intuition, despite numerous setbacks and failures. I learned that facing fears is crucial for personal growth and finding one’s true purpose.
My Core Realization
Facing fears helps unearth your true self. Through this journey,
I peeled back the layers obscuring my true self, leading me to a career that ignites a deep passion within me. Fears highlight what we need to address
to become our most authentic selves.
I have been living by the motto 'I do what I want' for years and want more people to dare to follow their inner call and live THEIR AUTHENTIC TRUE LIFE.
I want to help people get out of their heads and back into their feelings. Because the advantage of emotions is that they lead us away from our path, so that we are forced to reflect ourselves and our current path. With a pinch of lightness, clarity and a certain sensitivity, I will accompany you on your journey.
